About these terms

These terms apply to garden maintenance and related work carried out by LPT Garden Services, a self-employed garden services business based in Little Dunmow, Essex. By booking work with us, you agree to these terms.

Pricing and quotes

• General garden maintenance is charged at £25 per hour.
• No VAT currently charged.
• Larger jobs such as hedge trimming, lawn reseeding and jet washing are quoted before work begins.
• Green waste removal, materials, seed, soil, plant feed or extra disposal may be charged separately and will be agreed in advance.

Booking, access and payment

• Please make sure we can safely access the areas to be worked on.
• If you need to change or cancel a visit, please let us know as soon as possible.
• Payment for completed work and invoices is due as agreed when the booking is confirmed.

Insurance and liability

LPT Garden Services holds £2m Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance. We take reasonable care in all work carried out. Plant growth and recovery (for example after reseeding or pruning) can depend on weather, soil and aftercare, and cannot be guaranteed.
